Finnish teachers give a lecture on curriculum reform to our art, history and politics teachers

On the morning of October 24, Mr. Marko Kalmari, art and media teacher and Mr. Petteri Granat, history, sociology and philosophy teacher from our sister school- Vantaa Vaskivuori Upper Secondary School gave a lecture on curriculum reform to our art, history and politics teachers.
The two teachers introduced the curriculum of Finnish art and history respectively. In particular, they focused on the compulsory module and optional module. At the same time, they discussed the creative teaching idea of “based on students”. Teachers from the two schools carried on a active discussion on the teaching characteristics of both sides after the lecture.
