19:30, Oct 30th,2003, the concert
for celebrating the foundation of Jinan No. 2 High School and Vaskivuori
Finland becoming sister-schools was held in the Pearl Spring People's
Hall. Vice mayor Liu Yindao and 2000 faculties watched the programs
form China and Finland.
The concert began with the Finnish folk song
"Evening song". The Vaskivuori Chamber Choir dressed in their
national clothes sang the Finnish folk songs, pop songs and some works
of famous Finnish composers. The splendid performance showed their excellent
music quality and high skill of singing, which gained them warm applause
from the audiences. The students from Jinan No.2 High School, Shandong
Experimental School, and Jinan Foreign Language School, etc also brought
their programs.
The municipal leaders watched the concert.

Finland and the principal Mrs. Eira of Vantaa Vaskivuori upper secondary
school, which is the sister-school of
Jinan No. 2 High School's sister school
