Our school was honored with the title of “Advanced Teaching Unit” and “Advanced Unit against SARS”

No.2 High School of Jinan 2003-9-18

Over the recent two years, the education, teaching and management of No.2 Senior Middle School have been developed rapidly, under the leadership of Jinan Education Bureau, with the great support from all circles and contributions of all the staff.

Great changes have been taking place in No.2 Middle School: educational institutions of the first class, pleasant environment and dynamic changes in education innovation. Leaders of National Education Department and province have inspected our school many times and praised highly. We have achieved great successes in National Entrance Examination to College, the Olympic Competitions and English Quality Competition for English Teachers as well as chorus.

On Teachers’ Day, our school was awarded the title of “Advanced Teaching Unit” and “Advanced Unit against SARS”. On June 1st, our party committee was rated as “Advanced Primary Party Organization ” and “Advanced Unit of All-around Assessment ”.

Running school successfully first benefits from the direction of scientific conception. With the conception “offer more children better education”, the staff preserve in the general propose “satisfy the students, satisfy their parents, satisfy the society” and the guiding principle“teach different students in different ways”, and make new contributions to the “intelligence education”.
Running school successfully should contribute to the staff who have noble spirit and faithful belief. Teachers are willing to make great contributions to the society, which is proved deeply in our school. We have 3”honored teachers”: Ni Shuxiu, Liu Rukun and Hang Qang; “national pacesetter” Jia Fengfei; “advanced individuals”: Sun Chuanshen and Yang Wensheng. In the teaching reform, the physics group has invented a new model to improve teaching quality and efficiency. In order to develop characteristic education, Yang Zheng, the teacher of a special classification, set up a particular class. We have many qualified teachers: Yang Changming, advanced teacher of Shandong Province; Pan Jianping and Liu Rukun, two of “the hundred best teachers” of Jinan; Bao Jingping, Chen Xuedong, Hu Shangyou, Duan Hong, Cong Shang and Kong Xia, the dabs at teaching; Yang Xiuliang, Qi Ming and Su Shitian, the advanced teacher of Jinan; as well as “ten teaching dabs of No.2 Middle school”,“Ten Labor Models ”,“Ten Advanced Party members”. Moreover, larger numbers of teachers, who are devoted and efficient, have developed their abilities rapidly.
So we believe a modernized, characteristic and qualified No.2 Middle will become better and better.
